Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Changed your mind?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first to receive return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Lost package?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 15 days, contact us and we'll resolve it.
